Roasted Crispy Chicken - $40 for whole big chicken
The chicken is roasted with crispy skin and minimum oil left
on the skin and topped with garlic bits.
The fresh tastes yummy when dip with the special blended sweet sauce.
This food tasting event was held at Sentosa Cove in one of
the function room, the food was delivered by Yum Cha in a cook-tek bag with an
induction base to keep food warm for 2 hours.
