Salmon Yu Sheng - Small $38 & Large $68
Besides the usual pickles and other ingredients such as
fresh licensed Salmon in the Yu Sheng, my favourite jelly fish and garlic bits
were added. The sauce was yummy and has
the taste and fragrant of lemon-grass which was the first time such a taste in
Yu Sheng.
As usual, oil, fish sauce, lime, nuts, plum sauce, pepper
and cinnamon powder etc were added.
This food tasting event was held at Sentosa Cove in one of
the function room, the food was delivered by Yum Cha in a cook-tek bag with an
induction base to keep food warm for 2 hours.
