This food tasting event was held at Sentosa Cove in one of
the function room, the food was delivered by Yum Cha in a cook-tek bag with an
induction base to keep food warm for 2 hours.
The BBQ Suckling Pig was very well BBQ and was done in a
very nice even brown colour and not charred.
The skin was super-crispy and seasonings just right. The fresh was also very tender and juicy to
eat on its own.
Whole pig cost $220.00+
