Abalone soup from Grand Mandarina

Abalone soup from Grand Mandarina.  It is a double-boiled soup with baby abalone, chicken meat, some straw mushrooms, etc.  It is yummy and well boiled, one of my favourite from this restaurant.


It costs $28.00 per pax per bowl.

We went with The Entertainer on Duxton Food Trail. This is my favourite dish called Salmon-En-Croute. It is made with Salmon loin wrapped with a thin layer of puff pastry and is baked to the right temperature and pastry is crispy and the Salmon tender and fresh. ‪#‎myentertainer‬ @the_entertainer241 @ asia361
