The Soup Spoon - 3rd Japanese Soup Tasting event held on 26 October 2016.  SouperChef Anna shared her visit to Tohuku, Japan experiences.  It was very interesting, with her visiting the Junsai harvesting, Dadachamame farm and her inspired soups from her trip.


Her soup are: Beef with Imoni (taro balls) Nabe; Kiritanpo Mushroom Nabe and Edamame "tofu" with chicken Miso.  All are very well prepared and taste yummy.
